Please note that our pricing depends upon the dates you choose and the length of your stay. We offer discounts for multiple week or month long bookings. Christmas and New Year’s Eve dates generally have a minimum stay of one week.

Please use our form to contact us regarding your requested dates and to receive a quote. In summer, our nightly rate ranges from $325 - $465/night depending upon length of stay and dates requested, ski season rates run from $495 to $599/night depending upon length of stay and dates requested.

Booking directly with us instead of VRBO or Airbnb or another third-party site such as Expedia or Travelocity always results in the lowest pricing we can offer for the dates you want!

*NOTE: Regardless of if you book directly with us or via a third party vendor such as VRBO, please understand that this is a private home, with no HOA or on-site management. As such we require that guests who stay in this property keep the front entry, front stairs and access to trash bins cleared of snow as well as shovel the deck if they choose to walk on it and there is snow present (we provide snow shovels). This helps keeps our rates as low as possible. If you are unwilling to shovel during your winter stay, we can provide the names of local services you can retain at your own expense to assist with snow removal. Alternatively, you may wish to book a full-service hotel or condominium as those types of accommodation might be a better fit for your stay in Vail.
